CHALLENGE

The client’s social media pages had a low level of followers and engagement. They also didn’t have a presence on Instagram, a key social media platform for one of their target audiences – new moms.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”results-content”]CreateHealth launched the client’s Instagram page and brought all its social media messaging into a calendar format. This guaranteed that posts were made once or twice per week with poignant messaging for all target audiences (there are several). We also featured their clinicians, which were 17 in total, to show the personal side of the practice and improve engagement. To further enhance engagement, we launched a monthly email marketing campaign to reach their 35,000-patient database.

Upon executing this plan, over three years, we’ve increased their Facebook follower base by 68%. They also now have over 1,200 Instagram followers after their Instagram page was developed late in the first year of this plan. Since the beginning of this effort, their Facebook page has generated 900 organic page likes by simple page invite, elective follows, and advertising campaigns and they’ve received more than 3,600 reactions. In addition, their singular reach through ad campaigns has surpassed 86,000 people.

The email marketing campaign has generated readership rates on average of 25%-30% opens, which is above industry standards of 18%. The email marketing campaign also generates noticeable increases in phone calls to the extent that clinic staff knows that the newsletter was sent based on the volume of calls and appointment requests received.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
