HyVIta Brand Launch
HyVIta contacted CreateHealth to launch their new IV Vitamin and Hydration therapy, a popular spa-like infusion treatment that improves energy levels, delivers anti-aging properties, improves immunity and boosts performance. These types of infusion services were available regionally but not yet present in the Jackson Metropolitan area. The goals for the new business were to open access to the new HyVIta location, engage new customers in the HyVIta concept and its benefits, connect with customers to build brand loyalty, and customize their messaging to reach the appropriate target audiences with meaningful content.
The Situation
To effectively educate potential customers on the benefits of HyVIta IV Vitamin and Hydration therapy and grow customer volume, a marketing strategy to compel potential customers to consider infusion therapy, build trust in the brand, enhance its online presence, and communicate messaging to capture their target audiences’ attention was required.

Key Strategies
CreateHealth implemented the following to launch the HyVIta brand and build its customer base:
- Designed a new and fresh logo that graphically conveyed the benefits of the brand and spoke to all potential audiences – athletes, women focused on anti-aging, those looking to build immunity and others looking to feel better by stabilizing the amounts of vitamins and minerals in their system that they could not achieve otherwise.
- Created collateral material to share with physicians and potential customers including a rack card, menu and discount card.
- Posted outdoor signage and billboards to reach local potential customers with brand key messaging and contact information.
- Launched a strategic social strategy to build awareness of the brand among all its target audiences with strong calls-to-action.
- Implemented a digital strategy to capture those considering similar services.
- Developed a website and landing pages to capture online interest from social and digital advertising efforts.
- Constructed a website to accurately described HyVIta treatments and gave users a place to see pricing and learn more about the components and purpose of each infusion.
- Enlisted a social influencer, Mrs. Mississippi America, to share information about her experience and results with HyVIta infusions with her followers to gain confidence in the concept
